Multifamily property management is the core of LEDIC's business. LEDIC manages properties ranging in size from 20 to 700 units, with an average property size of 250 units. All rent and income levels are represented at LEDIC managed properties from the most exclusive luxury residential communities to affordable housing properties. LEDIC has assembled a specially trained team to assist clients with tax credits and bond financing.

For each new management opportunity, the appropriate Asset Manager meets with the ownership to ascertain the objectives for the property. LEDIC has the ability to manage a property for maximum cash flow, rehabilitation, repositioning, short-term or long-term appreciation, and any other goals an owner might have.

LEDIC will then perform a comprehensive needs assessment to determine the requirements for staffing and marketing, as well as, the characteristics of management necessary to achieve the owner's objectives for the project. The Asset Manager will then select an Executive Manager to serve as the relationship manager and the primary point of contact for the owner.
